Hi Kbehent,
Thank you for praying for me and the words of encouragement. Have a blessed day.
God Bless,
I am writing in responce to the comment you wrote on my blog, " Move Out Of My Way" I know and understand the love of God and his patients. I also no that whom the Lord loves, he dicisiplines. And there were times that Jesus in the new testiment would address stiff necked people or those that " Got IN THE WAY' of God getting his work done on this earth. For example, when Peter was standing in front of him ( Jesus) and trying to stop Jesus from going to the cross, Jesus said " Get the behind me Satan" Yeah it was Satan at work but it was Jesus's child that had to be moved. The New Testiment also says " Those that fall on me will be broken, but those that I have to fall on will be crushed. " So yes my dear friend I belive in a loving, guiding, caring and patient God as much and as well as you do but I also know him as Father and part of knowing him as Father is that when I have gotton out of his will or gotton in his way, he moved me. Not Satan, but My Father, because he loves me. Jesus said, " If you have seen me, you have seen the Father and that I did not come to do away with the law, but fulfill it. And he also said that the works that I do are not my works, but the work of my Father. Any Father worth his weight in salt will move his children out of harms way and set them in a place of safety. In the new Test. The Holy spirit picked Phillip up and MOVED HIM into the place that he (GOD) desided it was best for him to be. So I do not look at God moving us as a threating thing or a negative thing but rather another way that he shows his perfect love toward us, his children.David and I are grace preachers and we speak of the love of God and his mercy all the time but we would be preaching a unbalanced message if we left out the part of God that disciplines us.
Hope you have a blessed day. Hope you have a blessed new Years. Welcome to Faithlight.
God Bless,
Lisa
